My Job Goblin is a quoting, invoicing, and job management tool for UK sole-trader tradespeople, operated by Charlie Fay, trading as My Job Goblin, based in Barcelona, Spain.
By creating an account or using My Job Goblin, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old and using the service for legitimate business purposes.
My Job Goblin offers a free trial followed by paid subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You can cancel at any time via Settings → Manage subscription. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
You own your data. We store it securely and do not sell it to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You may not use My Job Goblin for any unlawful purpose, to send spam, to infringe on others' intellectual property, or to interfere with the service.
My Job Goblin uses AI to generate job descriptions, pricing recommendations, and compliance notes. These are suggestions only and should not be relied upon as professional legal, financial, or regulatory advice. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before sending it to customers.
My Job Goblin's year-end summary and SA103F features are provided as a convenience tool to help you organise your records. They do not constitute accountancy advice. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy of any self-assessment tax return submitted to HMRC.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Job Goblin's liability to you is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months prior to any claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email and in-app of any material changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, regardless of where you or we are based.
